This is one of my favorite Collections of Classic Dj samples that I came across over 15 years ago! I use it to practice my cuts annd scratches. Growing up as a kid in the 80's I would be facinated with all the mixing, scratching, and cutting in the actual songs from of the early Scratch pioneers like Dj Magic Mike from Florida, Dj Joe Cooley from L.A., Jazzy Jeff from Philly and Mr. Mixx from Miami. I would love that the scratches were part of the song! Later when I got older as and a young teenage DJ in the mid 90's I would be so inspired by Dj's like Dj Rectangle from L.A., Invisibl Skratch Piklz from my native SF Bay Area & The X-Men from NY and so many more! I remember I would go and buy a bunch of DMC scratch battle VHS and DVD's and Dj Q-Bert's How To DVD and that made me want to learn and get better at my scratching and now I enjoying adding some cuts and scracthes in my mixes to spice up my sets. So I wanted to share this with all you DJ's that enjoy a little scratch session from time to time. Keep rocking those sets! - Dj Charlie Daize
